A sun visor is actually quick to make. Create a cardboard template (see illustration) and then transfer the contours to a black pass-partout cardboard, cut out and glue together. It is a bit more difficult to keep the manufactured sun visors safe. Above all, crumple-free!
I got a 1 1/2 inch pipe connector for a kitchen sink from the hardware store and modified it slightly. In total, I have a supply of four sun visors for myself. Accordingly, I then shortened the tube to this length and then fitted a sealing plug to prevent it from falling out.
It's a lot easier when you have a cap. Only one dummy disc has to be inserted. But this can be made very easily from a sheet of plastic, thicker cardboard or whatever else you happen to have. The screw sleeve is ideal. Easy to detach and very convenient to use.
Have fun with the handicraft.
